Cancellation of Orders

You cannot amend and cancel all processed and delivered orders. You may, however, arrange for a return or refund after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy.

Return and Refund Policy

We allow return and refund within 14 days after you receive the item, subject to the item and package condition verify by our technician and sales representatives. We will not entertain any Return and Refund request once it passed the stipulated date. Item must be in the unopened box with the seal intact and the box in original and good condition to be acceptable for a Return and Refund. No item is acceptable if it does not meet any of the above conditions. 

All refund is in the form of store credits which you can utilize for your next purchase. We do not do a cash refund for returned orders.

To ensure no delay or loss in the mail, we only accept items sent back to us via courier service. We absorb fully the additional shipping fee incurred if the exchange is arising because of our fault (e.g. wrong item sent). We will credit the courier charge to your account which you can use it for your subsequent purchase with us. However, if the exchange is because of your end, you need to bear the shipping cost yourself.
