All items imported from overseas are 100% genuine, but the warranty is not covered by the distributors in Malaysia. Any warranty claim must go back to the origin country. However, we will make the process as smooth as possible for you. To help you with the warranty claim, here are the steps you must take note and follow;

  1. Submit your request - First, you need to submit your request at https://shop.benleow.com/index.php?route=account/return/add
  2. Check warranty validity - After we receive your request, we will study your request and also confirm the validity of your warranty.
  3. Send the item back to supplier - After we accept your request, we will give you the overseas address you must send the item to. Please pack the item with proper protection and send it to the given overseas address using courier service at your own cost. Please provide the tracking number so we can help you follow-up.
  4. Item sends back to you - Once the supplier completes the warranty process, we will send any replacement item back to your address for free of charge.
